Outdoor profile disappeared after (physical) crash
I took a pretty bad tumble on the bike a couple of weeks back; to make matters worse, the Karoo 2 took the bash pretty hard, *and* it was plugged into a power bank at the time. There are only scratches on the Karoo itself, but the cable was totally pulverised right where it plugs into the Karoo.
Anyway, I got back to cycling today and the outdoor profile appears to have disappeared. I created a new profile that approximates it, but when I went out for a ride the machine is just stuck in auto-pause (despite auto-pause being disabled) and my movements are not tracked at all. Basically, it doesn't work.
I have done a factory settings reset, messed around with a bunch of settings, but nothing appears to work. I just wonder whether perhaps the machine is toast and I broke some vital component in the crash.

Hi Peter, Sorry to hear about your crash and great to hear you are back on the saddle!
Profiles wouldn't be affected by the crash as they are software component and can be retrieved by loggin out and logging back in. However, it does sound like the GPS chip might have gone bad.
