Karoo 2 Charging Malfunction

Attempted to turn on my Karoo 2 this afternoon for a ride but nothing popped up. I went to charge it, the charging screen populates and looks like it's charging but the percentage at the bottom never leaves 0%. Has anyone else ran into this issue and if so how did you resolve it?

  Bring your Karoo 2 in his original state with a so called Hard Reset -> https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360058853573-Karoo-2-Performing-a-Hard-Reset
