Karoo 2 turned off does not charge

My Karoo 2 has stopped charging if it's turned off. It shows that battery indicator (green bar and percentages), but the % number stays always the same. It just doesn't charge. 

But fortunatelly it does charge if it's turned on. This is happening for a month now, since I noticed this issue.

I bought a brand new one in August last year from Bike24.com website.

Does anyone knows how to fix that issue? Is it connected to any of last two updates? Does anyone else have this kind of issue as well?
