    Hi Quentin,

    I am sorry to hear about the issue with the Route data and the Strava uploads. For us to investigate the issue, could you share the serial number to us via email to support@hammerhead.io.

    You can find the serial number under Settings > About > Status > Serial number.

    Also, please share the FIT file of the activity from the Karoo Dashboard on which you saw this issue.
