routes available in ride menu but not in routes app
AnsweredHi folks
my routes are available on the online dashboard and from the ride menu on my device. But when I launch the routes app from the device desktop I get only empty tables. Naturally when I checked the routes app before ride I got the impression, that the routes were not synced to my device at all and I wasted time trying to fix the problem.
Any idea what may be the cause of this problem?

Is your issue similar issue to the one I've posted?
Sorting routes on karoo: sorting routes by Newest Distance and Elevation Gain does not work properly. I get an empty list. Name and Proximity do work, but not very quick.
Generally the responsiveness of the routes app is not great. Maybe you should look to improve.

Sorry for being absent from this conversation the last couple of months. My spamfilter ate all my zendesk mails. After factory data reset and the last software update I can finally see all my routes. Now I have to reinstall all the map data, but it looks like things will work out this way.
