routes available in ride menu but not in routes app

    Hi Joachim,

    I am sorry for the trouble with the routes missing. May I know if you have the necessary Maps downloaded for these Routes?

    Hi Joachim,

    Is your issue similar issue to the one I've posted?

    Sorting routes on karoo: sorting routes by Newest Distance and Elevation Gain does not work properly. I get an empty list. Name and Proximity do work, but not very quick.

    Generally the responsiveness of the routes app is not great. Maybe you should look to improve.

    Yes, I have mine sorted out meanwhile. HH response in pm;

    "Could you please perform a Factory reset under "Settings' and check if the issue still persists? The routes and activities will be saved and retained after the Factory reset."

    => this did the trick for me.

    Sorry for being absent from this conversation the last couple of months. My spamfilter ate all my zendesk mails. After factory data reset and the last software update I can finally see all my routes. Now I have to reinstall all the map data, but it looks like things will work out this way.

    For months my Karoo was slow to sync with new routes created online with my desktop. Eventually I got them on alphabetical sorting but not on the newest item which is my preference. I factory reset the unit and still have the same issue.
