Speed - distance Sensor MIO CYCLO giving false resutls

When connecting a speed sensor from MIO it gives wrong results. I did a trip of 32K and it showed 16K, same for average speed (was also the half). When driving back home with the build in GPS sensor it was OK and 32K was registered.

  Hi Tom,
  I am so sorry to hear about the trouble with the sensors.
  Could you share your Karoo's Serial Number from Settings > About > Status > Serial Number?
  Please share your FIT file of the activity from the Karoo Dashboard on which you saw this issue.
  Also, share the picture of the sensors app.
