Has this problem ever been solved? I'm trying to pair Karoo with TOKK and can't get Karoo to see it.

No, and it's a huge shame because the TOKK is the killer form factor for a Karoo speaker. I really wish HH would sort this out.

    Hi everyone,

Currently, TOKK cannot be connected to the Karoo and I have forwarded your feedback to the software team. They will be happy to discuss this.

Hi Hari, what do you mean by "they will be happy to discuss this"? With each other? With us? As a feature request? Something else? Thanks.

    Hi Gary,

Since this is requested by a few other customers as well, they many consider this implementation in the upcoming updates, though I cannot commit to a dedicated timeline at this point of time.

Is this issue fixed? I would buy the device but if it's not fixed yet why bother.

Have now bought the 'Noxgear 39g'. Used today - marvelous! In design, mounting methods, operation (real & easy buttons) and sound quality (4 watt). Plus a very good battery life!
    # I gave the Tokk (2 watt) to a neighbor boy.

    Gerard,

How long does the NoxGear speaker last for you?  It looks like a great little speaker, but I'm stuck on the US price of $70!

    Thanks

Dan, My longest rides so far were 2 hours. Next month - spring - I will also cycle longer distances - 100 km.
Up to 12 hours according to manufacturer - with constant playback.
TBT audio isn't constant - so battery duration *)  doesn't seem a problem to me. Karoo Audio settings - has an audio slider (min - max) The Noxgear has its own audio amplifier - and easy volume controls.
    - I like the Sport Clip - and the Magnet Clip -  both are replaceble (when lost or broken)
    - audio quality is very good.

    * Battery level - when turn on -  The 39g will vocally state the battery level as good, medium, or low when it is powered on.  It will also repeat these notifications while in use as it changes from one tier tot he next, and will repeat the low battery notification when it is getting close to depleted.

There is a protection circuit installed on the battery so that there is no danger of overcharging. This means that you're safe to charge the battery to full at any time without causing degradation.
