Grab route from komoot does not work

Hi,

it seems that what ever I'm trying to do, but I can't import from komoot website I get:

"Please navigate to a supported route import website".

I tested RideWithGps that work fine.

It's only me?

  Importing from Komoot works just fine for me.

  Here's what I did:

  1. In one browser tab, open your Hammerhead Dashboard: https://dashboard.hammerhead.io
  2. In another browser tab, open the Planned Tour that you want to import from Komoot into your Karoo 
  3. Copy the URL of the Planned Tour you want to import
  4. From the Hammerhead Dashboard, choose "New Route > Import"
  5. Paste the URL of the Komoot tour you just copied into the Website link field in the "Import route" modal dialog
  6. Click "Import"
  7. The Import button label will change to "Importing..." and you should see your new Komoot tour appear on the Dashboard after a few seconds
  8. The Komoot tour you just imported into your Dashboard will automatically sync with your Karoo (assuming it's powered on and connected to the wi-fi)

  Hi,

  thanks but....it's what I did, and I also tested the chrome extension "Karoo Route Grab" with no lucky.

  All the tour are public.

  Please try to import this one:

  or also

  I'm signed in to the komoot account from the hammerhead dashboard.

  Yes, I can see your problem now. I just tried to import both of your Komoot routes into my Dashboard and on both occasions I saw this:

  

  Are you able to import one of my Komoot routes?

  Try: https://www.komoot.com/tour/105045188

  I wonder if your problem is as simple as your route being hosted on komoot.it rather than komoot.com?

  Maybe one of the Hammerhead guys can comment on whether routes hosted on komoot.it are supported in the same way as routes hosted on komoot.com?

  Just checking that you have enabled the Komoot app integration under Dashboard > Settings?

  @Andrea, I am sorry to hear about the trouble with importing Routes with Komoot.
  @Marcin, @Steve, Thank you so much for helping us out to troubleshoot.

  I tried importing the region with Route Grab function, got an error "Komoot says the Route is locked". Could you please unlock and try again?

  I got same Andrea's issue. Cannot import route from Komoot url.

  On the other hand I can easily import route from RidewithGPS url.

  Example route I am not able to import: https://www.komoot.it/tour/108327036

  Finally found a workaround, if I switch to english language I'm able to import a route from Komoot.

  Thanks guys and gals for sharing this information.   I've now did the following and it worked:

   

  1. Connected Hammerhead to Komoot

  2. Set the language to english (us)

  3. Made the route public (in komoot)

  Also need to unlock the an map area (which was free) .
