Map zoom in and out with buttons

Hi all when on the map screen with touchscreen locked is it possible  to zoom in and out on map using side buttons

  To zoom in and out when screen is in lock screen mode you use the two textured LH buttons long press them to operate xoom when you zoom in on a course you will then get direction chevrons showing on your map
