Karoo crash in forest. Major problems with offroad navigation!

In last 2 rides I had 3 crashes like on this video. After turning into the forest, navigation goes crazy, and threw it to the home screen. I always ride with my prepared route in gpx file, and this is unacceptable to me. Right now for gravel rider, for offroad exploration or geocaching on bike, Karoo is causes too much problems...

I understand that navigation may have problems with the offroad, forest roads, that fine, but why this cause crashes and don't let me navigate from line on map?!

 

If there are problems with offroads navigation, why you don't add such a basic option, to navigate without turn by turn, but only with line on map? Especially because I'm afraid that it will be impossible to go the prepared route in the opposite direction, from finish to start.

And please add option to turn off this offroute planner, this blue line on map, I think that could be the reason of crashes.

 

I am waiting for help, because this is a key issue for me, I always navigate with my prepared gpx route with many offroad exploration (not with your route creater tool, but with gpsies.com), so beacuse of this crashes I will have to return Karoo if nothing helps.

  FWIW, an update including basically what you are asking for is being tested since last week. I guess it will be made available soon to all users. You might as well want to try a full factory reset as you're doing the update just to be sure...

  Thank You, I hope it will help with this problem in my video. 

   

  I also hope, that will be added in future option to navigate oposite way from finish to start from gpx file, and option to add visibile on map, more than one prepared route.

  First ride with new update and 2x crash just like on the video... :( Why this is happening? I am the only one here with this problem? This is about my gpx route files, or my area where I ride?

  https://youtu.be/OR365WkGYfk  - full length video from last know turn to crash, from that road, where its always crashing. (sorry for bad quality, auto focus in my older, rugged phone for bike trips is just as annoying as sometimes karoo navigation :>

   

  In email support I was told something about profile, that custom profile may be the reason, but as you can see on the video I change also to default profile and it didn't help.
