Cannot save routes created with Ride with GPS

For some reason I am not able to save a route created in "Ride with GPS". When I click on the Hammerhead icon on the Chrome menu bar it directs me to sign in to my Hammerhead account and then when I try that, with the Hammerhead Dashboard already open in another tab, I get the error message that the email and password are wrong. I entered them both as a copy/paste from my Chrome password settings management file so I know that they are correct. Please advise. This is a new issue in that there was never a problem saving routes created with "Ride with GPS" until after I started creating and saving routes created directly from Google Maps.

  @Robin: Ideally, the Pinned Routes on RWGPS should sync to the Dashboard once you click on the 'sync' button the Dashboard. If it is not working for you, could you please disconnect RWGPS from your Dashboard and link it again and see if that works?
