Wahoo HRM dropping out

I have 2x Wahoo chest strap HRM of the same model.  They seem to report the correct heart rate at the beginning of the ride but the readings become unreliable as the ride progresses. sometimes the heart rate will be low sometimes it will be high, ranging anywhere from 40 to 230. At times it will disconnect and the screen shows no HR data.

I have replaced the batteries in both. 

Today it was not working but I noticed when I stopped at a light and my HR came down the unit worked for awhile.  I am inclined to think it happens when my HR is higher, say above 150.

  Hi,

  I have exactly the same problem with my wahoo hrm and karoo 2.

  At the beginning of each ride the hrm works and connects as expected only to report either wrong data or no data at all during my rides.

  Reading Todd's observations it seems to coincide with what I am seeing in my setup.

  What's the solution here (if any)?

  I have the same problem as well. I've opened a case and supplied my data file.
