    Performing a hard reset on your Karoo will fix the issue. https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360003079393-Performing-a-Hard-Reset-on-your-Karoo

    We have already suggested this in the ticket and I request you to follow-up there.

    Yes, I've tried that, but 2 weeks later the issue occurred again. No sensors and BT enabled, just added route (1500km).  It looks like Karoo is no suitable for long trip :/
