    Mine does the same, cuts off from time to time. It's been doing that since I have used my karoo 2. I assuming that there has been no fix as of yet?

    I found when this happens, removing the batteries on the eTap derailleurs for 30 secs sorts mine out when it happens. No need to resync or repair them.

    I have taken out the batteries to charge them (maybe more than 2 hours before I put them back), still does the same.

    Edgardo, could you also check there are no pending firmware updates on the AXS app? If everything is good there, I'd request you to raise a ticket with us and provide us with the details to sort this out for you.
