Temperature and elevation problem

On my ride yesterday the temperature reading suddenly went down to -218. Upon uploading to strava the elevation came out at 7000+ft of climbing, when it was only about 2000ft. On checking the strava data it looks as if the height just went straight up, not sure if this is when the temperature problem occurred. I've tried rebooting and even done a factory reset, but no joy. Anyone else had this.

  Have had the elevation issue. ( see my post Elevation issue) My home elevation went from 650 ish ft to 1400 and then finally  1700 yesterday.  It then seemed to base every other location on my ride from that starting elevation so everything was much higher than it should have been,

  I was advised by support to do a reset which I did but the thing that fixed it at least for now was to use the calibrate elevation option in settings. My home elevation then went from 1700 to 454 which although still 200ft out, it's a lot closer. Support said the elevation is calculated by barometric pressure so weather will have a bearing on it to some extent. You can set your base point elevation manually so it gets around the weather based deviations.

  I didn't look at the temp so not sure if I had that issue as well
