My Varia dropped out once last week. The other 5 rides that week it was ok. I was able to get it reconnected by powering the Varia off and on. Of course, it disconnected on a very busy road. Go figure.

Yes, when ANT+ died completely it was of course on a country, but no shoulder route as well.  Unfortunately for the problems that I'm having shutting down the sensor, when available (like Varia), or disabling and re-enabling, doesn't fix the problem.  In all but that one instance turning off bluetooth and/or ANT+ and then turning them back on fixes the issue.  And then most of the time regardless of the length of the ride it doesn't happen again.  So in a 6+ hour ride it usually drops between the 1-2 hour mark and then the remaining hours are fine.

Hi Joel, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the sensor drop-outs. I have created a support ticket on this and I request you to follow-up there. This is the most convenient way to troubleshoot the issue by verifying the logs.

    Hi Brian,

The software team confirmed that we have a known issue where Radar stops reporting cars even though still "Connected" in sensors app until you unpair and repair it. They have already developed a fix for this issue and it will be released to the ATG soon. Once we get a green signal from ATG, it will be released to the general users. Thank you for your patience during this time.
