Touch screen and Navigation Banner controls

Hi

There has already been a post with regards to on/off control of the Navigation banner, i'm seeing the same issue after installing the new software update, I'm also seeing touch screen issues on some options I'm having to use the side buttons to navigate as I can't select the required button by pressing the screen.  This includes power off which when pressed only reboots and in profiles when pressing Data Screens it goes to Auto pause.  Any ideas please.

  This definitely seems to be an unusual behavior. Could you please perform a Factory reset on your Karoo under the 'Settings' App and check if the issue still persists?

  Will that not erase all my profile settings, or are there two types of reset, factory reset and factory data reset?

  There is a Factory Data Reset under settings and I found this:

  @ Paul,

  Settings -> Factory Data Reset - all your data is in the Cloud.

  After this reset - your Karoo reboot - you must re-login + need to download the Off-line map(s) + re-add your sensors.
