Ride stops recording
AnsweredSeveral times yesterday and today during my ride my Karoo stopped recording my ride. It seemed to happen with no warning. After it stops recording, a message is displayed "Saved recovered ride to activities."

This is something very unexpected and we would like to get this sorted out for you as soon as possible. It seems that the ride App is crashing and stop recording the ride. I suspect that this issue occurs due to cache memory. Could you please perform a Factory reset on your Karoo under the 'Settings' App and check if the issue still persists?

There is no separate option to clear the cache data. The activities, Data screens, Bike Profiles, Routes, etc are account specific. These details will be retained once you log in to your Hammerhead account after performing the Factory reset. At the same time, you have to download the offline maps again.

I had a similar experience this morning. My ride was auto-paused when i stopped at a junction and then didn't start recodring again for another 20 mins (8 miles of my ride has not been recorded). I checked to see if it paused, but it wasn't.
I tried to manually pause and start several times but it didn't resume until it decided to do it itself.
I have performed a factory reset, lets hope this resolves the issue.
