My Hammerhead will not start a ride

    Sorry for the inconvenience cause to you. This seems to be temporary glitch where the ride App crashed. Could you please restart your Karoo and check if the issue still persists?

    Hi,

    I got the same problem as Mark. When I try to start a ride, with and without route, the green top bar is there briefly and then I back to the main menu. Tried to run the factory reset under settings, but the problem still persist. There are none software updates available.

    Hi Thomas - the team have been really helpful and we have tried everything including a hard factory reset. Unfortunately with no success.

    I have asked for a replacement and it has now gone a little quiet from Karoo.  Am awaiting response.

    Hi Mark - working as a software developer I had to try some testing (turn off wifi, bluetooth, etc). In my case, if I log out from the Hammerhead account, I'm able to start a ride. I guess there must be something wrong with mine profile/account stored at hammerhead. That should at least give them something to debug.

    Edit:

    Created an new profile on dashboard.hammerhead.io, and logged in on device with new account. Still able to start a ride
