My Hammerhead will not start a ride
AnsweredMorning. My Hammerhead refuses to "start a ride".
I power it up, it goes to the main screen.
I hold the yellow circle to get it into the Ride screen. But when I do it tries to start a ride, the green ride menu pops on at the top of the screen briefly then it just goes back to the main menu with the yellow circle.
I had just updated the software....not sure if this had any impact.
Can you please advise?

Hi,
I got the same problem as Mark. When I try to start a ride, with and without route, the green top bar is there briefly and then I back to the main menu. Tried to run the factory reset under settings, but the problem still persist. There are none software updates available.

Hi Mark - working as a software developer I had to try some testing (turn off wifi, bluetooth, etc). In my case, if I log out from the Hammerhead account, I'm able to start a ride. I guess there must be something wrong with mine profile/account stored at hammerhead. That should at least give them something to debug.
Edit:
Created an new profile on dashboard.hammerhead.io, and logged in on device with new account. Still able to start a ride
