Hi Andrew, Could you please update the sensor to the latest firmware version and change the battery of the sensor and see if that resolves the issue? if not, please write back to us at support@hammerhead.io with the FIT file of the activity and the serial number of your Karoo. This helps us to understand the root cause of the issue and help you with the right resolution.

Thanks for the response Martin - hopefully it doesn't come to that for me.

Thanks for the info Hari - the sensor seems to have the latest firmware according to my app. With regards to the battery, the Tickr is new - purchased in May and used less than a dozen times. Do I need to change out the rechargeable battery?

I'll give it another test on my ride this evening and see how things go.

Same issue on the HRM flatlining.  This morning, using the Karoo 2 and a Tickr, it stuck at 178 for 15 minutes, then 158 for a while.  I took the HRM off.  This has happened a number of times.  My firmware is up to date.

    Hey David,

Turns out my problem was with my Tickr and not the Karoo - I contacted Wahoo and they sent me a new monitor pretty quickly and haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps!

I had the same with the TICKR2, HR jumping up and down or just flatlining. Had to get it replaced, worked fine and was not a Karoo 2 issue.
