No download possible in offline map section

Hello,

In the offline map section, there is no download button next to the countries.

I still have enough free space.

I never had this before.

I already set my hammerhead to factory settings (complet new start). Everything went wel, but now I don't see any country in the offline map section. 

Can anyone help me.

  Hi Kristof, Sorry for the trouble caused. We can help you with this. Have you connected your Karoo to an internet connection over Wi-Fi or a SIM card and you are still unable to see the download button? This usually happens if the Karoo doesn't establish an internet connection.

  I am having this same problem. The is no "DOWNLOAD" button or option next to the desired states I want to download. I have updated to the most recent version of Karoo 2 software, and I have verified my WIFI is working, and even toggled this on and off into airplane mode. Please help. Going on a big, multi-day backcountry adventure and need offline map capabilities. Fairly useless without it.
