    Hi All,

We have added a tenth's decimal place to the Power & Heart Zone numeric data fields in today's software release. Now you would be able to see if you are higher or lower in those particular zones!

Hi Lammert,  Just to clarify, are you referring to the "Heart Rate Zone- Zone Gauge" Data field under the "Heart rate"? As per the new interface,  you will be able to see the Data field selection for the graphical fields only on the Data field that has the ability to accommodate a graphical field.

We published an article in our knowledge base that helps you to get a better understanding of the Profiles setup.

I am reffering to the standard (plain) HR zone field (not de gauge). I can select the field. No problem there. I see the field. No problem there. The only thing is that the field is showed as an integer. So no decimals. I really need 1 decimal because zone 2.1 is something totally different then zone 2.9. People who train with HR zones want to train in the middle of the zone (e.g. 2.5). So just the value 2 doesn't give the information needed. I think the only solution is a change in the software.

It seems that you are adding the Heart rate zone on a numeric data field and that is the reason why you are not getting the decimal points.  I suggest you add it to a graphical Data field to get the values with decimal digits.

For complete details, please see: Circular Zone data-fields for Heart Rate and Power

You can select a Graphical Data card layout to add the "Heart rate- Circular zone"

You can refer to this article that could help you with this: Creating and customising Profiles

Thats the exactly my point. Why can only I see a decimal points in a graphical field and not in a numeric field? I want to have speed and heart rate zone with decimal point in my map (navigation) screen. Without using a whole horizontal tile for a graphic. This is impossible with your solution. It's a small change for your developers to change the numeric field from integer to decimal. Just like speed for example. No other bike computer in the world (Wahoo, Garmin, Polar) shows numeric heart rate zone without decimal. I expect Karoo to be on the same level or better on this one.

Same problem exists for the elevation grade field but that's less important to me.

6 months later and the product team hasn't done anything with this. This things are simple but fixes guys. Hammerhead does only focus on new catchy features and forgets to fulfill basic expectations. Noriako Kano has written a lot about it in de KANO model. Hammerhead is going to lose customers for the Karoo 3 this way.

I too would like to see 1 decimal point in the HR Zone field.  So it would display something like 3.5 instead of just 3.  This is sooo essential.
