    Hey Wim. Sorry to hear about your issues with the Karoo.

    I have created a ticket requesting the FIT file and serial number. Besides, I have requested you to follow a few workarounds and share your findings. Request you to follow up there.

    after a new battery for the cadence sensor, factory reset and battery reset for karoo all went well.
