Is there a way to recover the average left right power balance data from a ride either on the device or on dashboard? I get the information real time during the ride, but it would be useful (as with Garmin) to see the overall average afterwards.

  Hey Phil.

  I am not sure of the power meter you are using. Could you please share the FIT file of the ride where you have used the power meter? Please share the FIT file on our official email address support@hammerhead.io.

  Besides, let me know what power meter are you using during your ride?

  We do not display the summary though.

  On a similar query - how can you review data from a ride on the dashboard? I have been having a power meter dropping the connection on and off during a ride and want to review.

  Hey Peter.

  Currently, you can not review the detailed ride information on Dashboard. However, you can review the complete information about your ride by uploading it to third-party websites.   I see that you are facing issues with the dropping of the power meter during the ride. I certainly would like to look into the issue. I am not sure if you have checked the battery (if it needs replacement)  or the firmware (if up to date). These are the primary reasons for the sensors dropping during the ride. If yes, could you try this workaround and see if this helps:

  1. Unpair the sensors
  2. Reboot your Karoo
  3. Pair the sensor over the ANT+
  4. Set the sensor precedence over the built-in GPS

  Let me know your findings.
