Sensors disconnect during ride
AnsweredSince the last two software updates (I'm currently on build 1.168.941.3) connection is lost to all sensors (Garmin heart rate, speed & cadence, Di2) during the ride. Happy to supply FIT files if this would help. (One ride completed with all sensors still paired but majority of rides have dropped connection)

Hi Stephen, Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with sensor disconnection since the last two updates. We would like to investigate the issue further and help you with the resolution. I have created a support ticket requesting for the FIT file and serial number of your Karoo. I request you follow-up there.

As in the previous case, I have been a new user of the K2 for a few days and I have the latest version of the software with the same problem.
The devices are connected at the beginning of the journey but are disconnected and connected continuously. It does not work properly, if this continues I will have to accept the return of the product.
