Switching on and off issues

Have only just begun to have a problem switching the unit on with button A. It seems have become unresponsive.

When I have managed to get it switched on it has switched back off by itself and then back on again having recorded 5 minutes of riding. 

Have tried a master reset and as the A button is key to this then the reset is a problem too.
