Tyrewiz not alerting K3

I have the tyrewiz set to alert on +- 2psi in the sram app, but I've gone below that many times and never heard an alert on my Karoo 3. Am I doing something wrong or is this feature not implemented?

  Hi Drew, you can add the tyre pressure field by customising your profile layout. The options are under "Miscellaneous." I have attached articles for your reference.  Unfortunately, we don't have the alert option, but you can see the details on your unit. Thank you for the feedback. I will pass the feedback to our product team for future implementation.

  As an alternative, you can set up an alert for low tire pressure using the reminder extension available from the extension library.

  I think I had read that hammerhead has not implemented this feature natively (or disabled it again) because users experienced a high rate of false positives, so you might get some when using the extension.

  I pointed this out to support 8 months ago, and again 2 weeks ago.
  The answer was always that they were working on it.
  It can't be that difficult.

  It can be arranged via reminder extension and everything works great. :)
