Komoot Sync doesnt work

Hey together, when i synchronize komoot with my karoo 3 my saved and planned tour from komoot is not shown also after pressing the sync button. Can someone please help me to fix the issue? (i saved it as a bike tour and tried reconnecting the account as well)
