Karoo 3 not syncing to Strava

Hi, help please.

My Karoo 3 is not syncing with Strava. I have authorised via Hammerhead Dashboard and Strava. My phone and Karoo are paired. It is set for automatic uploads but despite the Karoo showing today's ride it will not sync. The bluetooth settings on my iPhone show they are connected. I have logged out of Strava and Hammerhead and disconnected the Strava app, and then connected once again. Software updates done. Still no joy. 

I am out of ideas, can someone help please. Many thanks!

  I'm having the same issues. I had to manually upload a fit file in April to get it to Strava. I thought it might have been an issues with having poor cell service where I was at the time.

  Same issue at home after today's ride. Phone and Karoo syncing and on home wifi and its didnt sync to Strava or Ride with GPS. I tried to manually sync from the Karoo, my phone, and Hammerhead dashboard on my phone and desktop computer and still doesnt work.

  Disconnected the Strava service from Hammerhead and the Strava side and reconnected, but it still wont upload my ride to Strava.

  If something doesn't seem to work, why keep trying? Uploading can also be done later.

  Same issue here with Karoo 2. Tried disconnecting and re-authorising but to no avail.

  +1 Karoo 2 failed upload to Strava. Also disconnected/reconnected to no avail.

  Same issue as well = Karoo 3. Did all the things. Nothing. I'm so tired of this thing not working on just doing the basics.

  Ditto on my ride today. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting Strava and manual “sync to” from the menu on the activity. All other services including RWGPS synced fine 🤷

  Here too I had to download my activity and upload to strava

  And just like that it all uploaded as I was getting set to do the tedious work of uploading .FIT files

  Same problem here. No syncing between Hammerhead and Strava. Hope they will fix it soon.

  Routes are not syncing from Strava to the Hammerhead dashboard (or Karoo 3) as well, for both me and my riding buddy.
