    Thanks for posting this. I was having the same problem, not getting calls, texts and windsock info. Hopefully it's fixed now.

    Nearly the same with me. 

    Live tracking is working properly half of my rides. Message is 'no updates'.

    Phone notifications doesn't also work properly.

    Had contact with Hammerhead support several times last months but the issue is still present

    Hope Hammerhead can solve this in a short while.

    Same here. Often problems to sync routes from iphone to the Karoo.

    In the phone app they are directly after saving in komoot.

    But the sync to the Karoo doesn't work even the app says connected. I press sync in the karoo menu severel times. Nothing happens.

    Go out yesterday. Didn't tried to pair again.

    I just shared a live share link with friend, but my position was never updated (position from my previous activity) on the all day (used my phone, open the karoo app)

    As an update, I removed my Karoo from the app and re-connected, but had the same lack of connection while out on the road.

    Karoo 3, iPhone 16 Pro, everything updated.

    Yesterday, i tried to pair 3/4 times without success.

    I reboot karoo and phone to pair it.

    It's a nightmare

    Auch bei mir, seit Wochen keine Benachrichtigungen von einem Telefonanruf eingang. Auch WhatsApp und SMS werden nicht angezeigt obwohl das Telefon mit dem Karoo verbinden ist.

    I've had problems since the last update. The connection to the Karoo 3 always breaks off in between. Connected before the start of the journey and then gone after some time. Even after switching off and re-turning the Karoo 3, no connection to the phone. It used to go smoothly.
