Poor phone connectivity since weeks (Sync, Live tracking, notification)

tl;dr
Connection through phone does not work properly.
Yesterday, i needed to re-pair my phone multiple time to sync map on the karoo. After, i needed to be home with Wi-Fi to upload the activity.

Nearly the same with me.
Live tracking is working properly half of my rides. Message is 'no updates'.
Phone notifications doesn't also work properly.
Had contact with Hammerhead support several times last months but the issue is still present
Hope Hammerhead can solve this in a short while.
