Customer Support Delay
Currently six emails and two days without any response to a new device not functioning - decided on the Karoo 3 partly because of the good reports regarding customer support but am experiencing the total opposite.

I am having the same issue right now. I gave a detailed report and got a cut and paste from the site—all of which was not the issue and I had eliminated it as a possible cause.
Hammerhead needs phone support. They sell a 500 device and need to support it —or make it work better. My iPhone always powers on…
