    I notice that our team member Shruti is working with you on the ticket that you submitted! We usually respond within 24-48 hours of the ticket being submitted. That being said, we'll make sure to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

    I have the impression that you act selectively.  There are many open topics and there is a lack of an official position on your part

    I am having the same issue right now. I gave a detailed report and got a cut and paste from the site—all of which was not the issue and I had eliminated it as a possible cause.

    Hammerhead needs phone support. They sell a 500 device and need to support it —or make it work better. My iPhone always powers on…
