Direct Zwift outdoor ride sync a no-go.
I've tried multiple times to get outdoor rides to upload to Zwift now that it's a new feature.
Background: Karoo 2 with three working upload connections to Strava, RWGPS and Komoot for 2+ years. Very stable internet and WiFi connection.
I've added my Zwift account to the HH Dashboard as described in the ZwiftInsider post of Aug. 2025 via the Zwift Companion app.
Zwift does show up in my Connect Accounts list on the Dashboard and has a "check mark" beside it on the Zwift Companion app (v 3.73.2 (2134)) on my phone screen. Interestingly but perhaps because of a difference in how the background link works is that it shows Zwift as a greyed-out "CONNECTED" in the graphic display of all the possible external connections on the corresponding dashboard page, where-as the other 3 active connections show "DISCONNECT" as if they're actually alive. (Screen captures below) Of note is that when any of the original 3 connections are "moused-over" on the dashboard on my PC, the URL to that connection shows at the bottom-left of the screen.(www.strava.com for example) For Zwift, although in the list, it does not.

On the K2 itself only the original 3 connections are in the connected accounts list. There's no sign of a Zwift link at all.
I did a short ride (25km / 60 minutes) since adding the Zwift connection. After ending the ride it uploaded to the original 3 sites and seems to indicate that it also uploaded to Zwift (all 4 icons show beside the ride in the ride list, none are greyed-out), but there is no evidence of that actually working on the Zwift Companion "My Activities" link.

What have I missed in the configuration? I've restarted the K2, logged out and back into the dashboard and deleted the connection and re-established it multiple times in the Zwift Companion app., always with the same result.
Manual .fit file uploads using Garmin Connect have always allowed outdoor rides to be included and displayed on the Zwift activities page.
Anyone made this direct link method to Zwift work yet?

Just as a follow-on to this issue no matter what order I use there's also no way to make Zwift *not* show on the K2 on-device connections list now. Selecting disconnect from the Zwift Companion App (the check mark does go back to the "+" symbol there so I'm guessing Zwift breaks it's end of the connection) or the stuck on the greyed-out "Connected" accounts list HH Dashboard. It's certainly stuck in cyber-limbo somewhere.
I did another IRL ride today and despite it "looking like" it's connected the ride did not appear on My Activities on the ZCA. No surprise there.
Edit: I also tried to make the connection using my phone as a hotspot rather than my home internet / WiFi. No difference.
