    No longer even turns on and they just tell me that they have no way of getting the battery, I wonder how they may not even know the origin of the battery is absurd.

    How old is your device?

    What display brightness setting do you have?

    What helped me was letting the Karoo run completely flat until it turned itself off. Then I charged it to 100% and left it for at least 6 hours without turning it on.

    That helped. Despite the sensors, I'm now using around 7% battery per hour.

    ThaHello, thank you for the help and attention, I bought the equipment in May last year just left on ebay ! I could show you shopping photos ! I am not looking for a warranty, only the information of being able to purchase the new battery
