    Looks like. Factory reset doesn't help me, so I think it's server problem. Maps downloading is working.

    You're not alone. I am trying already 30 mins. It's not connection problem because when I created a new route on my phone it was in my Karoo within seconds...

    I also can't connect to Wi-Fi and update, and if I skip this connection step, my phone doesn't show the pairing line.
