Feature request: notify when update available for installed extensions

It would be helpful if a notification could be displayed when an installed extension has updates available. This would help users to receive fixes and improvements sooner, without having to check manually or contact support.

  Yes, I agreed.

  How are the updates actually done at the moment (read: how do you update)? I asked this myself a couple of times (I guess I have updated them, but it's to infrequent that I remember).

  We have shared your feedback with product team for their reference. Currently you can check if an update is available for the app when you tap on the app in the extensions folder on the Karoo.

  Great suggestion. I rarely remember to do a manual check, so a small banner inviting you to update to a newer version would be perfect.
