My karoo 2 doesn´t turn on

I´ve been using my device since I got it a couple of months ago after waiting for it almost 6 months.

I allways use the same spot with the original cable to charge it.

On friday when I was going to use it in my first competition it died. Never turned on.

I tried hard reset the way you explain it in the forum and hammerhead troubleshoting page and nothing happened.

It only stays on a gray screen and then black after a couple of minutes.

It´s a shame. I´m very dissapointed. It looks like a ton of people is having the same issue.

I need a quick solution. I ask for a new device with this bug corrected.
