Karoo 2 not charging

Help emergency… I am in the middle of a 10 day ride. Today my Laroo 2 ran out of charge completely and powered down. Now it won’t charge at all. I’m using the same plug and cable but it doesn’t seem to want to charge at all. This is a big problem. Can anyone help? Thanks, Geof

  Hey Geoff,

  Sorry to hear about your Karoo not powering on, Could you please check if the Karoo charges with another type-c cable? Do try to trickle charge the unit by plugging it in to charge for an hour and pressing button B to check for the charging indication? 

  If you have plugged the unit in to charge overnight, I do follow this article and observe if the Karoo 2 boots up again. 

  If the issue still persists, I would urge you to write to us at support@hammerhead.io with the Serial number of the Karoo so we can take this case forward
