Address in Hammerhead Account being overridden with wrong data
AnsweredI recently noticed that my home address - set in my Hammerhead Account - is being overridden with incorrect data.
I live in the UK, and the address field is failing to accept a full UK postcode. Instead it's only showing the first half of the postcode.
For example, SO50 instead of SO50 NXX.
Furthermore, when I attempt to update it in the Dashboard using your inbuilt address lookup facility (by starting to type my address), my address has the wrong postcode associated with it. The postcode your system is suggesting is actually on the opposite side of the road to where I live.
How am I supposed to correct this, please?
