Loss of power meter after coffee stop
AnsweredToday's ride was a frustration. After the coffee stop all sensors re-connected except my Assioma Duo pedals and I ended up having to Unpair and re-pair them before I could get them working again.
There is so much to really like about the K2 - especially from a maps/navigation perspective. In that particular respect it is streets ahead of the competition. But re-connecting to sensors after a stop/pause is an absolute fundamental that needs to be addressed.
Looking at other posts I can see that I'm not the only one and ultimately this could be the deal breaker with regard to the trial period and whether I keep the K2 or go back to what is a sub-optimal experience with my Garmin 1030 but at least be safe in the knowledge that all of my performance data will be captured and stored without me having to mess around with the sensors.
Is there a view on when an update will be available that will address this issue which is known.
ps: calibrating the speed sensor for wheel circumference across 2 rides showed that the auto calibration is 4% +/- 0.2% too high. Again another known issue. I will complete the form online.

Hey Dominic,
Thank you for posting!
We can understand your frustration here, I would like you to know that we are working on improving the ANT+ connections with Karoo & power meters specific in our upcoming software update. This is currently in testing in our test groups. We are confident that this update will result in stronger, Faster, and more reliable connections with the power meters. I would urge you to download the update which we will roll out later this week.

My K2 unit is not displaying my power meter readings. However, Training Peaks shows threshold power value after K2 uploads the ride. Strava does not show it.
The power meter is properly paired because the cadence reading is working. K2 was working properly until the latest software update.Hari from Hammerhead advised that I should try to unpair and then pair again, which I am going to do.
Connectivity problems to sensors like cadence and power meters continue to plague the K2 units for quite some time. It should be fixed by now and we should not need to unpair/pair or factory reset. This problem has been a known issue for a very long time. Let’s PLEASE get it fixed.
