I have the same issue too that no Strava segments are showing. I haven't installed any new sensor like you did. I have checked all settings and the segments are all enabled, so this is a bit strange.

Same.  Yesterday (July 30) was the first it happened.  Didn't ride the prior day.  No more live segments, and I'm not aware of any changes that I made.  I added no new sensors, just my daily routes (that usually get cleaned out within a few days).  I disabled the Strava account sync, cleared segments, re-enabled Strava, but no luck.

Took a ride and later a few test rides, but still not picking up segments.  They do show on the map, so there is that much.

Something else is out of kilter here.

My K2 is doing the same thing since the Thursday software update?

I can see the Segments on the map, the segment screen and tab doesn't pop up?

Same problem. Clearly a new software bug or server issue. Hammerhead support please speak up with input on this thread!!

Seeing the same issue on my end. No configuration changes. Been through a few rides the past few days. None of the rides showed any live segment prompts.

I have the same problem yesterday, probably a new bug. I don't make any changes on K2 or Strava.

Just up Hammerhead support this thread!!

    Thanks

Update: (1) this probably has nothing to do with the sensor pairing, and was just a coincidence (2) some people have reported a factory reset fixed their SLS issue, that didn't work for me (3) Tech support had me do a lengthy process of un-starring all segments on Strava, syncing with the Karoo to make sure no segments were loaded, do a hard reset, then re-star only a few segments on Strava, then syncing again with the Karoo2.

Everything seems to work now, and I'm still slowly adding segments back. Time will tell if it fails after re-starring too many segments than it can handle....

That is a ridiculously cumbersome fix for what should be an easy issue to resolve.

Hammerhead support needs to weigh in on this thread with the fix.

I really like this product but, in the words of my LBS owner in reference to Karoo 2, "I don't like paying to be a beta tester..."

Same issue here since last update. Agree this needs fixing ASAP. Let's hope Hammerhead are all over this quickly.

Hi All, we have registered this issue with the software team and looking on it with priority. From the first look, it looks, any one bad segment with faulty data on the GPS coordinates could stop all the segments from working.

Update: I followed the advice Bruno mentioned and this has fixed the issue for me without a full reset. Thanks for the post Bruno.
