    I'm not an expert on Hammerhead's update protocol but I just powered my K2 back on then I immediately went to the system update page. It shows the "Last checked" as today at the exact time I powered it back on moments ago. I then hit CHECK FOR UPDATE one minute later and it returned Up to Date and the time of the check updated too. Are you sure you have an internet connection and your account information is entered properly? I'd try the reset function if it's confirmed your internet access is good and your HH account is alive and working.

    My home WiFi is fibre optic 150+ mbps. 

    Just did CHECK FOR UPDATE. New time 5:21pm from 5:20pm.BTW The system is NOT up to date. This is the previous firmware.

    Is your HH dashboard connecting to the web site ok from whatever device you're using to use it? The "Last checked: Never" is strangely suspicious whether there's an update available or not. Did you try the K2 reset function by chance? As I said in my last post, my K2 shows "Last checked" with the current date and time at power-on, or later if I manually check, not NEVER. To me that screams the K2 is not connecting to the update link at HH. (Assuming they don't have a "Failed" status to display I mean...)

    From my WifI, where I'm typing this, I started a ride and stopped it.  It then showed up instantly on the Dashboard!? As of this morning, the new update is STILL not showing up on the K2.  If I do the K2 reset function, what will I lose and have to re-build on the K2??

    I also stopped WiFi and reconnected with NO change,

    The Wireless network and firewall can block the update. We have seen such issues in the past and usually works by loosening your wifi security temporarily. By reset, you only need to pair back the Sensors, all your rides, routes, profiles and certain settings will be restored.     Thanks Ali and Bob L. Did a hard reset and the K2 started to download the update after losing in again!  Strange.
