Xert app and App Store not showing after doing factory reset
AnsweredDid a factory reset, with the hope to fix the sensors dropping issue.
Obviously it didn't work, sensors are still dropping after every short stop in the ride.
But now I can't see the Xert app, even if my account is connected in the dashboard.
I tried to disconnect and reconnect the account, still no luck.
How do I fix this.
And the sensors dropping too....

Thank you for posting! Sorry to hear that you are continuing to face sensor drops on the Karoo! As suggested above, I would urge you to reboot the Karoo. The Sync should complete successfully which would result in the XERT app showing up on the app store.
If you continue to face sensor dropouts on the karoo please do share a FIT file of a ride where you noticed the drops to our support ID: support@hammerhead.io and we shall do our best in assisting you further :)
