Won't download system update.

Hi I just received my Karoo 2 and followed all the on boarding instructions, however after all that a little symbol in the top left hand corner of the screen states there is a system update available. When I click on it the system update window appears, I press download and nothing happens.

I have performed a factory reset and started the process over, and when it comes to the checking for updates, it states that your system is up to date, but after retesting all my profiles and routes the symbol in the top left hand corner appears again, and I am faced with the same problem.
