Ride not uploading to dashboard or Strava - concerned about reset

Factory reset WILL delete the ride. Suggest you don't do that until you've attempted to upload again or retrieve the .fit file from the device by following these instructions:
Maybe the first thing to do is to figure out why your ride is not uploading to the Dashboard? Check wi-fi is working correctly and your K2 has an IP address, check you are signed-in to your HH account, open the ride in the Rides app and try uploading it again from there.

When this has happened before, the user had set-up a MAC address filter on their router which would prevent the K2 from communicating with the internet.
Also worth seeing if you can get your K2 to connect via a hotspot on your phone. If that works, then that suggests an issue with your wireless network.
