Transferring route from dashboard to Karoo 2
AnsweredHi, I've just obtained my Karoo 2 and I can't figure out this problem: I have routes lined up in https://dashboard.hammerhead.io/routes but they're not showing on the Karoo 2 itself. How can I transfer them?

Hey Richard, Normally, the sync between Karoo 2 and the Dashboard is automatic and instantaneous with an active internet connection. From the picture you shared, I can see that your Karoo 2 is connected to a Wi-Fi network and I assume the internet connection is also active on the unit.
It may be that you are not logged into the Hammerhead account on your unit under the "Settings<Hammerhead account". If this is the case, could you login to the Hammerhead account on your Karoo 2 and check if the Routes are syncing or not?
