    @Robert: Really sorry to hear about the trouble that you have faced on your recent ride. We would like to investigate the issue further. For the ease of troubleshooting, I have created a support ticket requesting the FIT file of the ride for analysis. I request you follow up on the ticket.

    New Karoo 2 to replace my Mio which is still the best mapping/navigation computer in my book, only changed it because it doesn't support a power meter so hoped the Hammerhead would be close - unfortunately I've the same problem as above; tried to go out on 2 rides so far and just record them as free riding - GPS on as it shows the progress on the map, HR and Cadence sensors working but no speed/distance data and I can't work out why - very frustrating! I expected to just press the button to start ride and it'd work - which it doesn't.  In the end I just stop the ride and switch it off and record it on my Garmin watch.  If I can't resolve it, it's going back to Wiggle and I'll get a Garmin.
